Senior Project Manager | Commercial Construction | $50 Million + Projects

About the Opportunity: Our client is a leading commercial construction company seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to join their stellar team.

In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and control the design, procurement, and construction phases of commercial projects to ensure seamless delivery in accordance with client requirements.

You will act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, representing my client in all qualified dealings, including design management and construction works delivery.

About the Role:

- Project Inception & Planning: Liaise with clients on project feasibility and delivery methodologies. Develop detailed project briefs, scopes, budgets, schedules, risk items, and project plans.
- Design & Consultant Management: Tender, procure, and manage design consultants. Establish consultant contracts, design service scopes of work,



and project-specific design management plans.
- Commercial & Financial Control: Monitor project design costs, track variations, and prepare accurate monthly financial forecasts. Manage both Head Contract and Subcontract commercial processes.
- Stakeholder & Design Coordination: Chair design coordination and project control meetings. Keep all stakeholders (clients, consultants, construction teams, and statutory bodies) informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Construction & Handover Support: Oversee construction progress to ensure alignment with design intent, safety, and quality expectations through to commissioning and handover.
- Relationship & Business Development: Maintain strong industry networks and relationships to identify future capital expenditure and project opportunities.
