Sales Admin Manager | Premuim Real Estate Brand | Up tp $110k Package An outstanding prospect has become available for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to join one of the Gold Coast's most successful and premium real estate groups.

With an established multi-office network, an exceptional market presence and a team responsible for some of the region's most significant property transactions, this business is continuing to grow. It is now seeking an accomplished administration leader to oversee its sales support function and ensure consistently high standards across the group.

This is a hands-on management position suited to someone who combines strong real estate administration experience with the confidence to lead people, improve processes and support a fast-paced sales environment.

The Role

- Leading, mentoring and coordinating the sales administration team
- Managing daily workflow, priorities and administrative coverage




- Overseeing agency agreements, listing documentation and property files
- Ensuring contracts, deposits, conditions and settlements are accurately managed
- Liaising with agents, vendors, buyers, solicitors and conveyancers
- Maintaining accurate property and client information within the CRM
- Reviewing online listings, property portals and campaign material
- Supporting auction campaigns, open homes and sales events
- Monitoring compliance with legislative and internal requirements
- Developing procedures, templates and administration standards
- Improving systems and processes across multiple offices
- Training and onboarding administrators, associates and sales agents
- Preparing reports and providing operational support to management
- Acting as the escalation point for complex administrative matters
