This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Belle Property Mermaid Beach as a full-time Sales Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will provide vital administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Mermaid Beach office located in QLD 4218.
What you'll be doing
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, stakeholders and the sales team
- Manage and maintain client databases and CRM systems
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations and other documents
- Assist with property marketing and individual agent promotion
- Coordinate property inspections, open homes and other sales-related events
- Assist with the processing of sales transactions and documentation
- Provide general office administration support as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum of less than 1 year experience in client-facing administrative or sales support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Knowledge of the real estate industry would be highly advantageous
