As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an Internal Senior Solar Sales Consultant to become a key part of our sales team & be based in our new Showroom.

This isn't a door-knocking role.

It isn't endless driving between appointments.

Instead, you'll work primarily from our Nambucca Heads office, managing inbound enquiries, conducting phone and virtual consultations, following up warm leads, preparing proposals and guiding customers through the sales journey from first enquiry to signed contract.

When required, you'll also attend local site visits and customer appointments, but the majority of your time will be spent working with qualified leads and supporting customers through a consultative sales process.

About the Role

You'll become one of the key people customers interact with during their solar journey.

Working closely with our Estimator, Technical Director and Operations team, you'll guide customers from enquiry through to signed contract while ensuring every proposal reflects Great White's commitment to quality and honest advice.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing warm inbound enquiries

- Conducting phone and virtual consultations

- Qualifying customer needs and energy goals

- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals

- Following up leads and maintaining your sales pipeline





- Working closely with our estimating team to develop accurate solutions

- Coordinating seamless handovers to Operations

- Maintaining CRM records and customer communication

- Attending local customer appointments and site visits where required

- Building referral opportunities and long-term customer relationships

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has proven consultative sales experience

- Enjoys building relationships and helping customers

- Is organised and proactive with follow-up

- Can identify objections and close sales

- Is comfortable using CRM systems and technology

- Can confidently explain solutions in simple terms

- Works well as part of a close-knit team

- Holds a current driver's licence

Solar experience is highly regarded—but not essential.

If you're an exceptional salesperson with the right attitude, we'll teach you the technical side of the industry.
