Sales Consultant - Pre-Owned Vehicles

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant with a strong background in pre-owned prestige vehicle sales to join our client's team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service from the initial contact to post-sale follow-up.

Your role will involve handling internet leads, assisting walk-in customers, completing necessary paperwork, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will contribute to showroom presentation and assist with yard changes as needed. Taking customers on test drives and introducing them to the Business Manager for finance options will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

- Possess a can-do attitude and a drive for success

- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Handle all aspects of pre-owned vehicle sales, including following up on internet leads, assisting walk-in customers, and completing paperwork

- Meet or exceed sales targets

- Support showroom presentation and assist with yard changes when necessary





- Conduct test drives with customers

- Introduce customers to the Business Manager for finance options

Qualifications
- Proven success in new or pre-owned vehicle sales, with a preference for experience in selling prestige vehicles

- Excellent communication skills

- Motivated, focused, and results-oriented

- Qualified, reliable, and able to work effectively in a team

- Possess a non-restricted manual driver's license
