Lead, develop and inspire a team of Sales Representatives while driving sales growth across South Australia. This hands-on leadership role combines coaching, customer relationship management and strategic sales execution, with responsibility for key accounts, high-potential multi-site customers and current business development. Working closely with Sales, Operations and senior leadership, you'll execute growth strategies, build strong customer partnerships and deliver outstanding commercial results.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you'll also support talent development, performance management and territory success through field coaching, customer engagement and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Sales Representatives across South Australia.
- Drive territory sales growth through the execution of sales strategies, promotional programs and customer engagement initiatives.
- Grow revenue across independent customers,
key accounts and high-potential multi-site accounts.
- Identify, secure and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, performance reporting and team engagement.
- Partner with Key Accounts, Sales and Operations teams to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
- Align Support Office strategy with effective field execution and customer-focused solutions.
- Use sales data, customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Optimise territory planning, call cycles and customer coverage to maximise sales effectiveness.
- Represent the business at trade shows, customer events and key commercial initiatives
