You'll build our sales pipeline through active prospecting, qualify leads, and schedule discovery calls for our Business Development Managers. This is a permanent full-time role offering $65,000–$75,000 per year.

What You Will Do Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach

Create personalised outreach to generate prospect interest and communicate our value proposition

Qualify leads effectively and schedule discovery calls with Business Development Managers

Meet and exceed targets for discovery calls booked and conversion rates





Maintain detailed notes in HubSpot and keep BDMs briefed before discovery meetings What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably B2B SaaS SDR experience

Proficiency in cold calling, email sequences, and social selling

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software

Results-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection and maintain positivity

Ability to manage high-volume activities and work collaboratively with the sales team If you have a tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field, that's a bonus.
