The Role

As our Business Development & Sales Estimator,



you will be responsible for generating current business, preparing quotations, managing customer enquiries and developing long-term relationships with builders, homeowners, architects and trade customers.

This role is focused on driving sales growth by providing customised window and door solutions that exceed customer expectations while increasing market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and grow market share across Townsville and surrounding regions.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual business plan.

- Prepare accurate quotations and estimates for residential and commercial projects.

- Follow up quotations to maximise conversion rates and secure new business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, homeowners, developers and trade customers.<
