About the role

Love the challenge of achieving your personal and professional best. You will do this with ease and flair and an air of impeccable ease keeping your customers needs at the forefront of every sale

You will preferably have 5 years experience in a fashion retail role and you will have a proven sales record.

You are motivated and able to surpass your targets and inspire your team members to be their absolute best.

You will have knowledge of all aspects of retail, a keen eye for merchandising, stock rotation, fulfilling online orders and a keen knowledge of social media and be abreast of the latest technological advances in online sales A thorough knowledge of shopify pos and website management is a definite plus

You will have many years experience in cultivating and retaining a following of loyal and satisfied customers in High End Brands Boutiques and have Impeccable Customer service and loyalty

You will have strong passion for service and closing sales ability.

You will know how to incorporate the latest trends into each woman's personal style. With your recommendations and guidance you achieve multiple sales with ease, fun and flair creating extremely happy customers.

Skills and experience

You Must Have a Passion for Fashion and a personal joy when championing women to achieve their unique image of themselves through Clothing and Styling

We are looking for Confident Customer Focused Sales professionals

You will have had formal or on the job training in all aspects pertaining to the art of sales and have the ability to engage, enrol and close sales with flair and mastery, while meeting the customers objectives at all times.

You will have Proven Sales record

Willingness to learn new sales techniques in line with our ethos and follow direction. To work as part of a team and inspire your team mates to maintain excellence.

Must have a "Can do" Solution based attitude and be able to work independently.

It would be great advantage if you have experience with Shopify POS including Shopify online website data entry and analytics

Have a knowledge and skills in using Social media marketing and conversion.

Current drivers licence and your own transport
