Sales Support Specialist /Market Development Specialist

- Location: Corporate office currently in Castle Hill, NSW, relocating to North Sydney in January 2027
- Hybrid: Work from home Monday and Friday
- Salary: $80K–$90K + Super + Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus
- Providing sales coordination and support to an established network of independent distributors, you will be a confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills. The role also includes sales reporting and analysis, along with supporting promotions, events and market initiatives. There is no cold calling or new business development.

The Opportunity

Join a well-established global organisation within the health, wellness and beauty sector in a diverse, customer-focused sales support role. You will support and engage with an established network of independent distributors, providing sales coordination, reporting and analysis while assisting with promotions, events and market initiatives. There is no cold calling or new business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent distributors
- Provide day-to-day sales support and respond to distributor enquiries
- Coordinate sales activities, promotions and internal processes
- Analyse sales data and prepare regular reports
- Track sales performance, trends and market activity




- Use Excel to analyse data and provide insights to the sales team
- Support CRM activities, lead referrals and sales workflows
- Assist with distributor communications and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate and support events, roadshows and conventions
- Assist with sporting partnership events and brand activations
- Support digital and social media engagement activities
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to support sales objectives
- Travel for selected events and conventions when required

About You

- 2–3+ years' experience in sales support, sales coordination, sales analysis, account support or a similar customer-focused role
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with sales data, reporting and analysis
- Positive Excel skills, including formulas and PivotTables
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to events, promotions or marketing activities would be advantageous
- Experience within health, wellness, beauty, sport or lifestyle industries would be highly regarded
