THE ROLE

- Support the day-to-day operations of the Brisbane office, including WIP, billing and practice administration.

- Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiencies across the business.





- Assist with compliance, practice systems and technology, including Xero, XPM and Ignition.

- Support the Operations Partner with business improvement initiatives and strategic projects.

- Coordinate invoicing, client billing, and assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and bookkeeping.

- Assist with onboarding, team development and KPI reporting.

- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key contact for non-technical enquiries.

- Help deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting the continued growth of the practice.

YOU

- Experience working within an accounting firm, legal practice or professional services environment.

- Previous experience in practice administration, office management, operations or a similar role.

- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

- Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.

- A team-oriented mindset with the confidence to support, mentor and work alongside a growing team.

- A proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM), Xero, Ignition or similar practice management software will be highly regarded.
