The program involves upgrading SAP S/4HANA and release, and we are seeking a senior delivery leader with a strong track record managing complex SAP transformation and upgrade programs.

This is a high-profile role requiring strong leadership, executive stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives from planning through to delivery. You will bring:

SAP program and project management experience across SAP ECC, S/4HANA and S/4HANA on RISE.

Extensive experience delivering programs for Australian organisations, ideally within specialty chemicals, manufacturing or mining.

Proven experience program managing end-to-end S/4HANA version upgrade programs, including complex programs involving extensive regression testing.





Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills.

Demonstrated ownership of large-scale SAP transformation programs, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive outcomes.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and BTP solutioning, with the ability to contribute to solution discussions and strategic initiatives.

The ability to support business development and client engagement alongside Australia-based sales and account teams.

Strong commercial and consulting mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. LTM Australia
