Energy team in a casual capacity. This role is hands-on, site-based and ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front while mentoring crews and delivering work to a high standard. You'll be responsible for coordinating scaffold teams, managing daily work fronts and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.

What you'll do Lead and supervise scaffold crews across maintenance and project works Coordinate labour, equipment and resources to meet daily work plans Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety leadership activities Monitor productivity, quality and progress onsite Support and mentor scaffolders to build capability and team performance Work closely with clients, subcontractors and site leadership teams Ensure compliance with all sites, safety and quality requirements Maintain accurate records, timesheets and work documentation What we offer Casual position with ongoing project opportunities Opportunity to work alongside experienced industrial maintenance teams Strong safety culture backed by Downer's Zero Harm commitment Career development and leadership growth opportunities Be part of a team that values practical experience,



teamwork and getting the job done right What we're looking for Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence Minimum 5 years' experience in scaffolding or industrial maintenance environments Previous experience leading scaffold crews on complex projects Strong understanding of Layer Scaffold systems and scaffold erection requirements Working at Heights, Confined Space and White/Blue Card Current C Class Driver's Licence Robust leadership skills and the ability to build respect within crews * Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement About the team Downer's Energy & Utilities business unit is an integrated trans-Tasman team,
