As a Section Waiter, you will take ownership of your section and deliver an exceptional dining experience from arrival through to farewell. You’ll be confident managing service flow, building genuine guest connections, and providing knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations that elevate every visit.

The role and key duties

- Curate an unforgettable and personalised service experience for our guests from start to finish;
- Forge relationships with guests and locals to promote clientele loyalty & retention;
- Manage section flow effectively, balancing multiple tables while delivering personalised attention to each guest, clearing and re-setting tables, running food and conducting quality checks;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of menus, beverage lists, wine pairings, cocktails and seasonal offerings to confidently deliver expert recommendations and upsell premium selections;
- Process payments accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges according to hotel policies;
