Our ideal candidate will have

- 2+ years experience as a waiter or food runner in hatted or premium restaurants
- An ability to work well under pressure and understand the requirements for a fast-paced restaurant
- A good level of food & wine knowledge, and the desire for continual learning




- Enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service
- Availability to work a rotating roster
