We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Full-Time Permanent Rover Security Officer to join our security team at a premium commercial site in North Sydney.

The Role:

Work at an iconic premier commercial building in North Sydney. A contemporary workplace destination known for its premium design, thriving retail and dining offering and exceptional location with outstanding connectivity to public transport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest standard of security, safety and customer service across the site, including:

- Conducting regular internal and external security patrols of the building, car parks, loading dock and surrounding areas.
- Monitoring and responding to security, access control, CCTV and building-related incidents.
- Maintaining a highly visible security presence throughout the site.
- Responding promptly to alarms, incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance.
- Assisting with access control, contractor and visitor management.
- Conducting regular security and safety inspections and reporting any hazards, defects or suspicious activity.
- Assisting the Control Room and wider security team with daily operational requirements.
- Liaising professionally with tenants, contractors, visitors, building management and emergency services when required.
- Maintaining accurate security logs, incident reports and relevant site documentation.
- Supporting emergency response,



evacuation and other site emergency procedures.
- Ensuring all security duties are performed in accordance with site procedures, client requirements and company policies.
- Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence at this premium commercial facility.

- Valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
- Control room experience (preferred)
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- Be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
