As Movement continues to grow, we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager - Beauty, Lifestyle & Consumer PR to join our team and play an important role across our growing portfolio. THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager who is an exceptional publicist at heart, a confident client lead and someone who wants to create work that goes beyond traditional PR.

This is a senior, hands on role working across some of our leading beauty, lifestyle and consumer accounts. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, communications strategy and campaign delivery while remaining close to the work and driving exceptional earned media outcomes.

You’ll know what makes a great story, what journalists actually want and how to turn a brand objective into an idea people want to talk about.

Agency, PR doesn’t operate in isolation. You’ll have the opportunity to work across integrated campaigns spanning media, KOLs and influencers, partnerships, events, activations and creative brand moments, working alongside our wider team to take ideas from concept through to execution. We’re looking for someone who can lead a room, confidently counsel clients,



mentor a team and still loves picking up the phone to media and landing a brilliant story. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead a portfolio of Movement’s beauty, lifestyle and consumer accounts, building trusted relationships and acting as a senior day-to-day client lead
- Develop and lead strategic PR & creative communications strategies that respond to client objectives and the wider cultural conversation
- Drive proactive earned media strategies and consistently identify stories, angles and opportunities that keep our clients relevant
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with journalists, editors, producers, influencers, KOLs and key industry contacts
- Secure editorial opportunities across print, digital, broadcast and social
- Lead client meetings, presentations and strategic conversations with confidence
- Develop compelling media pitches, press releases, messaging, briefing documents and communications materials
- Work across product launches, brand announcements, founder and talent profiling, events, partnerships, activations and major brand moments
- Collaborate with Movement’s wider team across influencer, experiential, events and partnerships to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage account scopes, budgets, priorities, timelines, reporting and deliverables
- Lead & help mentor junior team members, providing clear direction while maintaining an exceptional standard of work across your accounts
- Bring proactive ideas to clients beyond the brief, identifying cultural moments, trends and opportunities that brands can credibly own
- Contribute to creative development, current business and the continued growth of Movement ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years experience across PR and creative communications, ideally within an agency environment




- An exceptional publicist with established relationships across Australian media
- Demonstrated experience leading beauty, lifestyle and consumer accounts
- A proven ability to develop stories and consistently deliver earned media outcomes
- Excellent knowledge of the Australian media, influencer and consumer landscape
- Confident managing senior client relationships and providing strategic communications counsel
- A creative thinker who can see an opportunity beyond a traditional media pitch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple fast-moving accounts and campaigns
- A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing junior team members
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership
- Culturally switched on with a natural curiosity for brands, media, trends and what people are talking about

You’ll work across integrated campaigns that can move from a media strategy to a major activation, influencer campaign, brand collaboration, event or cultural moment. You’ll work with ambitious brands, alongside a talented team of strategists, publicists and creatives, with the opportunity to contribute ideas, influence the work and see those ideas brought to life.
