This represents an amazing opportunity with a long standing accounting firm based in Mackay. This firm has been in operation for many years and led by very down to earth and relaxed Partners.

The firm has invested heavily in their office culture and focus on employee wellbeing.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Senior Administrator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

- Work alongside the admin team and support the accounting team
- Client relationship management
- Onboarding new clients
- Solid undersanding of general accounting firm admin
- Experience with ASIC Corp Sec + ATO Lodgements
- Database management
- Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Strong experience with MYOB AE would be highly desirable
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and the ability to implement new systems and processes




- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
