We’re looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to help us define what Production AI looks like.

This is not a role where you’ll simply receive tickets and write code. You’ll own the journey from experimentation to production — building AI agents that operate reliably at enterprise scale.

You’ll work directly with our CTO and CPO, have a strong voice in technical and product decisions, and play a key role in shaping the foundations of our AI platform. What You’ll Do

Build and ship production-grade AI agents using LLMs, RAG, tool calling and multi-step workflows.

Own the AI development lifecycle — from experimentation and prototyping through to production.

Design our approach to AI evaluation, testing and observability.

Build meaningful evaluation datasets from real-world failures and integrate regression testing into CI.

Instrument AI systems to understand traces, costs, failure modes and agent behaviour.

Work closely with customers to understand real business problems and translate them into impactful product solutions.

Partner directly with the CTO and CPO on technical direction and product strategy.

Make pragmatic decisions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. What We’re Looking For





7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years shipping AI systems to production.

Strong experience building AI agents, not just integrating LLM APIs.

Experience with RAG, tool/function calling, multi-step workflows and enterprise data.

A strong understanding of AI evaluation and observability.

Product-minded engineering approach — you care about customer outcomes, not just whether the code works.

Strong ownership and a willingness to tackle problems outside a traditional .

The confidence to challenge ideas, share your technical opinions and influence product direction.
