We are looking for a well-rounded, enthusiastic candidate to step into one of our Sunshine Coast Portfolios.

The role:

- Day to day property management with routine inspections
- Very efficiently run portfolio
- Excellent clients and hand‑picked tenants
- End to end leasing
- No current business targets
- No dealing with escalated issues
- No QCAT
- No trust accounting
- Minimum 6-12 months industry experience required




- Our ideal candidate is someone who is happy to settle into a long‑term role
- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate must be held at the time of application
- Full Current Australian Drivers License
- Knowledge of CRM systems – we use Property Me – training provided if necessary
- Above all – an honest, caring attitude!
