Little Leapers Childcare is looking for an energetic, outgoing and confident Community Marketing & Enrolment Officer to help families discover our beautiful childcare centres.

This is not a desk job . You’ll be out in the community every day, speaking with families, organising events and helping fill our centres with happy children.

Your Responsibilities

- Represent Little Leapers in the local community.
- Set up promotional pop-up stalls at shopping centres, community events and markets.
- Visit schools, medical centres, allied health clinics and local businesses.
- Conduct letterbox drop campaigns.
- Organise family events and open days.
- Build relationships with local organisations and parent groups.
- Generate enquiries and book centre tours.
- Follow up enquiries via phone, SMS and email.
- Assist with Facebook, Instagram and community marketing campaigns.
- Maintain marketing materials, banners and promotional displays.
- Track daily enquiries, tours and enrolments.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Speaking with parents every day.
- Booking tours on the spot.
- Handing out promotional material.
- Creating excitement about our childcare centres.
- Helping families find the right care for their children.
- Attending weekend events when required.




- Supporting the growth of our centres across Western Sydney.

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication skills.
- Friendly, confident and outgoing personality.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Basic computer and social media skills.
- Current NSW Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one).

Highly Desirable

- Sales or marketing experience.
- Childcare or education industry experience.
- Event management or community engagement experience.
- Experience in customer service or real estate sales.

KPI Targets

- 500 flyers distributed per day.
- 20–30 conversations with parents per day.
- 5–10 centre tours booked per week.
- 3–5 new enrolments per week.
- Minimum of 10 community visits per week.
- Organise at least one community event or pop-up each week.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community and wants to directly contribute to growing a well-regarded childcare brand.

we are looking for minimum of 2 people for this role and the person will responsible for doing social media videos and able to talk confidently in Video recording as well.
