Job Description

This is a fantastic chance for an Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate Management team based in our Sydney CBD Head Office. Working closely with experienced Property Managers and senior leaders, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio through a combination of administrative and property management responsibilities.

You will successfully achieve this by:

- Assisting property managers in developing and maintaining relationships with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel to ensure service excellence is delivered.
- Implementing and maintaining orderly financial management and lease administration procedures.




- Liaisingwith tenants when requested by property managers regarding lease administration.
- Updating tenancy schedules and ensuring any key action dates are captured.
- Preparingregular reporting, including financial analysis, diary reports and any others as requested.
- Continuous following up on arrears.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in residential or commercial property management is preferred, but not essential.
- Exposure to financial management, budgeting, forecasting and variance commentary is highly regarded.
- Willingness to work beyond core tasks as necessary to assist with any overflow from colleagues as appropriate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to build and foster key relationships and your desire to work in a highlyteam orientated environment.
