Field Service Mechanic – EWP / ACCESS EQUIPMENT

At United Forklift and Access Solutions, we're Australia's exclusive Cat® Lift Truck dealer and a trusted partner of Haulotte and Konecranes, supporting customers across construction, mining, infrastructure, warehousing and industrial sectors. As our access fleet continues to grow, we're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Richlands branch and become part of a team that keeps Australia's EWP fleet operating safely and reliably.
What you'll be working on
Forget spending every day in a workshop. You'll be out in the field servicing and repairing a wide range of Elevated Work Platforms, including:
From scheduled servicing to breakdowns and diagnostics, no two days are the same.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel, Mobile Plant or Automotive Mechanics
- Experience servicing Elevated Work Platforms (EWP) or access equipment
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Great communication and customer service skills
What you'll be doing
- Service, repair and maintain our fleet of EWP and access equipment
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
- Attend customer sites across Brisbane and surrounding areas
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
- Complete service reports and maintain high safety standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service every visit
