Robertsons Motorcycles & Machinery is looking for a motivated Parts & Accessories Salesperson to join our growing team in Dubbo. If you have great customer service skills, a positive attitude and a passion for the industry, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Parts & Accessories Salesperson, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers by helping them find the right parts, accessories and merchandise for their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers in-store, over the phone and via email
- Identifying and supplying the correct parts and accessories
- Processing sales, orders and supplier enquiries
- Receiving and organising stock
- Maintaining accurate inventory and merchandising displays
- Working closely with the workshop and service departments




- Delivering outstanding customer service every day

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

- Previous experience in automotive, motorcycle, agricultural or machinery parts sales (preferred but not essential)
- A genuine interest in motorcycles, Can-Am, Kawasaki, Royal Enfield, Kubota, tractors and machinery
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn dealer management systems
