Our clients are seeking experienced and driven Senior Property Managers to join their teams within Inner Northern and East Brisbane. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including coordinating inspections, processing rental applications, and liaising with tenants and landlords

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, arranging repairs and addressing any issues that arise

Ensure all rental and property management activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations

Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and landlords, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Assist with the leasing of vacant properties, including marketing, tenant selection, and lease negotiations

Maintain accurate records and documentation, and prepare regular reports for the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential property management,



with a proven track record of success

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure

Thorough knowledge of the residential rental market, relevant legislation, and best practices in property management

Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant digital tools experience an advantage.

A passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service
