Senior Bid Coordinator (Infrastructure & Construction Tenders) Location: Hybrid (Perth, Western Australia)

Daily Rate: $800-$1200 (depending on experience)

Department: Pre-Contracts & Tenders Team About the Opportunity ARO Tender Consulting is partnering with a prominent, rapidly expanding Tier 2 engineering and infrastructure specialist to secure an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator for an immediate 6-month contract engagement in Perth. Due to an active pipeline of major transport, civil, and industrial tenders across Western Australia, we need a hands-on bid professional to jump straight into the pre-contracts team. This role is offered on an initial 6-month contract basis with a clear, direct pathway to transition into a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Tender Coordination: Manage and coordinate end-to-end tender schedules, compliance documentation, and submission deadlines.

Content & Formatting: Support technical content development, document formatting, and rigorous compliance checks against client specifications.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with internal operational teams, estimators, and external joint-venture partners or subcontractors.

Documentation & Version Control: Maintain structured bid libraries, version control systems, and master repository files.

Writing Support: Provide hands-on writing support for non-technical sections,



executive summaries, and company profiles where needed.

About You

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on bid coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented project environment.

Experience: Proven track record in coordinating bids specifically within the construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, or heavy industrial sectors (essential).

Skills: Balanced skill set spanning bid administration, document layout, and proposal writing. Exceptional time management and organisational capabilities.

Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

Availability: Ready to commence immediately in Perth.
