We're on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Darwin, NT. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology vendors to deliver high-quality business analysis outcomes within a fast-paced environment. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based on-site in Darwin, NT.

Requirements What You'll Do Lead requirements gathering through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement

Analyse, document and manage business and functional requirements

Map current and future-state business processes, workflows and requirements

Identify gaps and opportunities between business needs and system functionality

Support solution design, system integration, testing and implementation activities

Develop clear and accurate business analysis and project documentation

Facilitate walkthroughs and stakeholder validation sessions

Work closely with project teams and vendors to support successful delivery

Manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within agreed timeframes What You'll Bring 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst

Strong experience across requirements gathering, process analysis, process mapping and information analysis





Proven experience translating business requirements into practical system solutions

Experience with software integration, testing and implementation

Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills

Robust analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities

Experience working in complex environments with high-priority deliverables

BPMN 2.0 or similar process modelling experience is highly regarded

Government and/or financial systems experience will be advantageous A collaborative, professional and accountable approach

National Police Clearance required
