Responsibilities - Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiatinginformation - Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gatheringinformation; evaluating output requirements and formats - Workshops facilitation and requirements elicitation - Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writingspecifications - Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications - Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases andelements.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving allrelevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Assist with the development of detailed and comprehensive project plans - Report and escalation as needed - Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectationsaccordingly - Risk & Issue Management - Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as theyarise and elevate them to the team for resolution,
