The Opportunity

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly skilled administrative skilled to join our team. As Senior Business Services Officer,



you will play a key role in ensuring internal and external customer service needs are met by providing administrative and operational support in a range of areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Provide accurate and timely advice and assistance to customers
- Process applications and customer requests
- Perform administration duties such as typing, filing, data entry, maintenance of registers etc
- Provide administrative and customer service support for cemetery operations, including liaising with funeral directors, processing cemetery-related requests, and maintaining cemetery records and documentation
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, minutes and agendas, advertisements and media releases
- Upload and maintain information on Council's website
- Assist in organising mee
