Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of adoption strategies that support consistent, confident and sustainable use of the HRIS system.
- Designing and delivering the integrated people, communication, and capability components of the HRIS project and other Common Modernised System projects as required
- Develop and implement a network wide change strategy, change plan and integrated adoption roadmap aligned with project scope, risks, and key milestones.
- Lead the end to end change and engagement approach for the Chisholm pilot and the broader consortium partnership rollout.
- Conduct detailed stakeholder change impact assessments and readiness analyses, translating insights into targeted actions.
- Map, analyse and manage stakeholder groups across effected business areas.
- Lead and facilitate engagement activities including workshops, briefings, co-design sessions and consultation forums.
- Surface risks, misalignment and resistance early, ensuring they are addressed or escalated through agreed governance processes.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that is timely, transparent and tailored for diverse audiences across multiple TAFEs.
- Coordinate messaging to ensure consistency, alignment, and shared understanding.
- Model Chisholm’s values and foster collaborative, cross-functional ways of working internally and across the network.
