Must Have Skills
- Provide End-to-End Test Environment consultation throughout the Testing phases.
- Test Workplace Management Strategy creation along with Client Stakeholders.
- Test environment landscape mapping; health-check setup and monitoring.
- Enterprise Release coordination and tracking.
- Triage and resolution support for Incident, Problem and Service Requests.
- Extensive experience on one of the ITSM process and associated ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
- ITIL certification is preferred.
Requirements
Minimum Years of Experience –8 years
Certifications Needed: Good to have ITIL certification
