Senior Customer Service Officer As a Senior Customer Service Officer, you will be a key member of our customer service team, primarily operating and servicing Council’s Service NSW agency. This role involves a job-share arrangement with other staff, and when not at the Service NSW agency, you will support Council’s administration. We will provide Service NSW training; please note that criminal history and background checks are required for this position.
