NEW ROLE | SENIOR DESIGN MANAGER | NEWCASTLE

I’m really excited to be working with a leading international architectural practice that is opening a brand-new office in Newcastle city centre!

This is a fantastic chance to join the team at an exciting time as they establish their presence in the region, with the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and leading projects from the new studio.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager who can lead multiple projects and teams, work closely with clients and consultants, and bring strong design and technical knowledge across complex projects.

The role:

▪️ Senior leadership position within the new Newcastle studio

▪️ Lead and manage multiple projects and project teams

▪️ Client-facing, with responsibility across project stages

▪️ Strong understanding of design delivery,



construction and contracts

▪️ Experience working on medium to large-scale complex projects

▪️ High-tech, process-driven or industrial sector experience highly desirable

▪️ 10+ years’ experience within the Irish construction sector

▪️ Revit skills advantageous but not essential

▪️ Architectural, Architectural Technology or Engineering background desirable
