Newcastle & Hunter Community Health is seeking a Permanent Part Time Community Registered Nurse to join our home care team in Mayfield West NSW. You will provide medication assistance, wound care, assessments, care planning and report writing in clients' homes, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must be an AHPRA registered nurse with at least 2 years of nursing experience, a valid NSW driver’s licence, and current first aid. NDIS worker screen and child check are preferred.
