The role

We're looking for a Business Growth & Sales Manager to drive new-patient growth and lift conversion across all three practices. This is a commercial, relationship-led role with real ownership. You'll grow referral and community partnerships, coach our front-of-house and treatment coordination teams to turn more enquiries into starts and coordinate our marketing function - our SEO and paid advertising run through a specialist agency that you'll direct and hold accountable.

What you'll do

- Drive recent-patient growth and own conversion across the full patient journey

- Build referral relationships with GP dentists and allied health, and grow our schools and community partnership programs

- Coach front-of-house and treatment coordination teams to lift enquiry-to-consult and consult-to-start conversion

- Set the marketing strategy and calendar, and brief,



manage and hold our external SEO/ads agency and content team accountable to performance

- Track growth and conversion metrics and act on what they show

What you'll bring

- 5+ years in business development, sales, or growth, with results you can point to

- A natural relationship-builder - confident with referrers, schools, community partners and agencies

- Experience coaching or training a team to lift sales or conversion

- Enough digital marketing knowledge (Meta, Google Ads/GA4) to direct and assess an agency

- CRM experience (Zoho or similar), strong communication, and sharp commercial instincts

What's on offer

- $110,000–$125,000 base + 12% super, plus a performance bonus tied to conversion and growth (OTE: $135,000–$150,000)
