What we're looking for

- Proven experience in residential property management

- Strong knowledge of South Australian tenancy laws and property management regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, landlords and team members

- Proficiency in property management software

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously

- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing tenant and property issues

- Reliability and flexibility to accommodate the casual nature of this temporary position

- A current driver's licence, as this role may require property inspections

- Current property managers license
