Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior ERP Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in ERP implementation, business process consulting, solution design, and stakeholder management.

This role requires deep functional knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, and related business processes, along with the ability to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The functional consult must demonstrate capability in driving AI and Co-pilot discussion with the customer(s) and must have the knowledge and capability of AI and Co-pilot current and future releases in D3565 Business Central. The consultant will also work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other Microsoft and third-party applications and contribute to project planning, status reporting, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead Analysis phase with customers and required stakeholders to understand their business requirements and processes with the aim to design the appropriate solution out of the box
- Ability to professionally demonstrate the Solution capabilities during the presales, analysis, UAT and Training Stages
- Ability to Design and Configure D365 Business Central to meet the customer requirements and processes
- Analyse complex business requirements and design scalable ERP solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), process maps, gap-fit analysis, and implementation plans.
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Ability to configure the out of the box AI agents
- Provide subject matter expertise in:
- Financial Management
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Supply Chain Management – including Procurement and Sales Management
- Manufacturing, Assembly & Production Management
- Collaborate with cross functional teams which include technical consultants, developers, project managers, and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and business process validation activities.
- Manage and guide the data migration strategy and related activities
- Conduct client training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer programs.
- Manage project risks, issue resolution, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional guidance to project teams.




- Ensure adherence to ERP implementation best practices, governance standards, and project methodologies.
- Ensure knowledge of D365 Business Central is up to date for every release which includes features, best practices and industry trends
- Knowledge and experience in relevant ISV solutions for Business Central

Required Skills & Experience

- 6–10 years of overall ERP Functional Consulting experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects.

- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Experience leading ERP transformation and process optimization initiatives.
