Senior Finance Manager

Location: Perth (Hybrid) preferred or remote Australia wide.

Reports to: CFO, working closely with CEO.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager who enjoys building processes, improving financial performance and partnering with leaders across the business.

The Role The Senior Finance Manager will steward Hola Health's finance function, ensuring strong financial governance while providing commercial insights that support business growth.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced scale-up environment where they can influence decision-making and build finance capabilities as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

- Own monthly management reporting.

- Prepare monthly profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports.

- Manage budgeting and forecasting.

- Monitor company cash flow and working capital.

- Maintain financial controls and policies.

- Prepare board reporting packs.

- Analyse financial performance and key business drivers.

Accounting & Compliance

- Manage month-end and year-end close.

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.





- Manage payroll processes.

- Coordinate BAS, GST and tax compliance.

- Work with external accountants and auditors.

- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards.

Operational Finance

Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance. Including, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Clinical Services.

- Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics.

Systems & Process Improvement

- Improve finance systems and automation.

- Optimise reporting processes.

- Maintain financial dashboards.

- Strengthen internal controls.

- Support implementation of recent finance tools.

Strategic Support

Work closely with the CEO to:

- Prepare investor reports.

- Support fundraising activities.

- Assist with financial due diligence.

- Model growth scenarios

- Evaluate partnerships and acquisitions.

Skills & Experience

Essential

- CA or CPA qualified.

- 5 years' finance or commercial experience.

- Strong financial modelling skills.

- Experience preparing management reports.

- Excellent Excel and financial analysis capability.

- Strong commercial mindset.

- Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems.

- High attention to detail.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable

- Experience in B2C healthcare or technology or SaaS startups.

- Experience in a high-growth company.

- Familiarity with Power BI or financial reporting tools.

- Experience with investor reporting.
