About the role The Senior Financial Advisor is a full-time role responsible for providing comprehensive, client-focused financial advice across areas such as retirement planning, investments, and overall financial strategy. Based in Mona Vale, NSW, this hybrid position combines in-office collaboration with some scheduled work from home.

Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients to assess their goals and circumstances, developing tailored financial plans, and presenting recommendations. The role also involves staying current with regulatory requirements and market developments, collaborating with internal specialists, undertaking client acquisition activities, and contributing to client experience improvements.

Your skills and experience

Industry standard qualifications (minimum Diploma or Degree in Financial Planning, plus FASEA certificate), and 2-3 years experience in a similar role are required.

- Strong financial acumen with knowledge and understanding of economics and the financial industry

- Ability to deliver on time, outstanding, personalised customer service via all methods of communication

- Ability to maintain strong working relationships in both upward and downward directions
