As the company enters an exciting period of growth, we are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with experience in fashion/retail space. Based in our modern Head Office in Marrickville, you will work collaboratively with our passionate team and thrive working in a fast-paced workplace.

The Graphic

Designer will be an integral part of our creative and collaborative graphics team, contributing to the development of engaging brand assets across retail, web, social, and wholesale channels. Working closely with the team, they will help maintain a cohesive brand identity while delivering high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

What you will be doing : Design engaging retail and point-of-sale (POS) materials, meeting specified deadlines and brand standards, including small and large-scale requirements.

Create and produce seasonal lookbooks, digital flyers, promotional materials, and in-store collateral that align with the brand's visual identity and campaign strategies.

Design internal documents, ensuring they are visually appealing, engaging, and consistent with brand guidelines

Design product packaging and logos in alignment with the product development timeline and critical path.

Develop compelling email marketing designs for consumer and wholesale audiences, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.

Design and update website assets, including homepage banners and other content, in line with creative briefs and seasonal campaigns.

Create interactive assets, such as videos, GIFs, and animations, to enhance digital engagement across platforms.

Design paid marketing and affiliate advertisements as needed.

Perform post-production work, including retouching, colour correction, and image optimization for both in-store and online use.





Ensure all digital and print assets are accurately prepared and meet brand guidelines.

Stay updated on design trends, regularly introducing fresh and innovative treatments across all design outputs.

You will have : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong ability to adapt brand identity and design principles.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Familiarity with packaging design and production processes is a plus.

A whiz at retouching a variety of formats.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation in design execution.
