We have an exciting opportunity on offer for a stylist within our team…

We are seeking an exceptional Hair Stylist with at least 4 years' experience, someone who is driven, enthusiastic and confident in their work. Someone who wants to be apart of a strong cultured brand.

- 4 days Full time or Part Time flexibility

- One Saturday off per month

- We provide a solid financial remuneration hourly rate and bonuses.

- Sign on bonus after 6 month employment $1500 for successful candidate
- To be considered for this Position, you must:

- Possess the relevant hairdressing qualification

- Have at least 3 years experience as a qualified Stylist (not for 3rd year apprentice applicants)

- Offer exceptional client experience. This includes the ability to prescribe take home haircare as well as offer treatments in salon to meet each client's individual concerns

- Be confident in all techniques and trends. This includes foiling techniques, Advanced Balayage, applying permanent colors as well as toning the hair

- Proficiency in providing a range of Advanced cutting services and using scissors, clippers and razors

- Be motivated to grow your clientele including managing your bookings and daily schedule

- Align and grow with the brand and vision and participate in team training and events

This position provides the right candidate with:

- Mentoring from a team of highly skilled and experienced Stylists
- Excellent development opportunities with further training and workshops both in the salon and external courses, Fashion week, Stage work
- Commission based in future growth from the brand
- Flexibility between part time or full time, Tuesday to Saturday

- Opportunity offered must be available Saturdays or every 2nd Saturday for part time
