RAC | Perth, WA Joondalup/West Perth with some field work RAC is bringing its Mobile Services operation, Motoring Centre of Excellence, technical advisory channels and automotive digital and telephony functions together into one unified, high-performing capability — and we're looking for an experienced senior leader to own it. This is a strategy-and-delivery role: you'll set the direction for how RAC builds automotive industry expertise and authority in the market, while also running the day-to-day performance of a large, multi-channel operation spanning field services, telephony, digital and face-to-face member channels. You'll lead a team of 3–7 direct reports,



with broader influence over a growing team and the wider Auto Services function and play a key role in a significant business transformation agenda.
