At HESTA, we're committed to improving the financial futures of our members. As we continue to strengthen our Financial Crime capability, we're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to shape, lead and evolve our enterprise-wide approach to fraud, scams and financial crime prevention.





This is a pivotal leadership prospect to drive HESTA's Financial Crime Strategy and Operations team, overseeing the prevention, detection and response to fraud, scams, AML/CTF, sanctions and broader financial crime risks. You'll combine strategic vision with operational excellence, leading a high-performing team while partnering across the business, regulators and key service providers to protect our members and strengthen HESTA's financial crime resilience.

As HESTA's appointed AML Compliance Officer (AMLCO), you'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Australia's evolving financial crime regulatory landscape while driving innovation, intelligence-led decision making and future-focused capabilities, including AI-enabled financial crime solutions.
