A B2B financial services company based in Sydney CBD is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a small, flat team where seniority isn't about hierarchy, it's about trust. You'll own brand identity, product launches, collateral, and events end to end, working across multiple distinct brands with real autonomy over how they look, sound, and show up in market. If you've ever felt boxed into one narrow lane of marketing, this is the opposite of that.

The team is tight-knit and low-ego by design. No politics, no dead weight, no waiting around for approval on things you're already good at.

What you'll bring:

- 5-8 years' experience in marketing
- B2B background (ideally in financial services, banking, or insurance)
- Proven experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail. This one really matters
- The resilience and maturity to work in a rapid-moving environment
- CRM experience, website management skills a plus
