About The Role

As a Bus Driver, you'll play an important role in keeping Sydney moving safely and reliably.

Every day you'll:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers
- Operate buses safely and professionally
- Conduct vehicle safety checks and comply with road regulations
- Assist customers with Opal and ticketing enquiries
- Work closely with operations teams to maintain service reliability
- Follow rostered shifts to support network operations

No two days are the same, and every shift gives you the opportunity to make a positive impact in your community.

About You

We're looking for people who are safety-focused, reliable and enjoy helping others.

To be successful you'll have:

- A strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- A valuable driving record
- A full Australian driver's licence held for at least 12 months
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster
- Flexibility to work straight or split shifts
- Ability to travel to Randwick, Waverley or Port Botany depots
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available)

You'll also need to obtain and maintain:

- A Working With Children Check
- NSW Bus Driver Authority
