We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to become the driving force behind our warehouse operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate the day-to-day running of the warehouse while working alongside the team. You'll play a key role in organising workflow, overseeing orders and deliveries, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring every event is packed accurately and on schedule.

You'll be someone who naturally leads by example, enjoys creating structure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse.

- Oversee the preparation, checking and dispatch of event equipment.

- Manage incoming deliveries, stock movements and returns.

- Allocate work and provide day-to-day direction to the warehouse team.

- Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse environment.

- Ensure equipment is packed accurately and to company standards.

- Operate forklifts and company trucks as required.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or maintenance requirements.





- Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

- Continuously look for ways to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys creating order, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

You'll have:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential

- Current Truck Licence (MR or higher preferred) – essential

- Previous warehouse or logistics experience

- Experience coordinating or leading a small team

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- High attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude

- The ability to prioritise multiple deadlines

- A commitment to maintaining high workplace safety standards

- A passion for delivering exceptional events and maintaining quality in everything you do
