EnduroCo is a Melbourne-based vehicle body builder and 4x4 conversion specialist, delivering premium upgrade solutions across the automotive and mini bus sectors. As a growing business at the forefront of our industry, we're expanding our team and looking for a driven Sales Assistant to join us.

The Role

This is a multi-faceted role combining parts interpretation, sales, project coordination, and admin support. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll start with a solid focus on understanding our products and parts, before developing into a more sales-centric position as your product knowledge grows. Full training is provided, so the right attitude and mechanical aptitude matter more than direct sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Interpret parts and product requirements to match customer needs
- Manage sales enquiries and build relationships with new and existing customers
- Support project coordination and administrative tasks through the sales lifecycle




- Develop a strong working knowledge of our product range and internal systems
- Report to and work closely with the Sales Manager on sales targets and processes

What We're Looking For

- Mechanical and/or automotive parts knowledge highly regarded — this is central to the role
- Genuine passion for the automotive industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Current driver's licence
- Solid computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Reliable, honest, and teachable attitude
- Must have Permanent Residency or be a citizen
