We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Team Member to join our successful team. In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll work with both retail and trade customers, providing expert advice and tailored solutions across our range of irrigation and pumping products.

You’ll be joining a retail team recently named as finalists in the 2026 Be.Bendigo Business Excellence Awards Retail category — recognition of our commitment to exceptional customer service, strong local relationships, and a positive team culture.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who knows how to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver outstanding service. While experience in irrigation or plumbing would be highly regarded, we’re also open to someone with solid sales capability, a willingness to learn, and the drive to make a real impact.

More about the role

- Deliver outstanding face-to-face and phone-based customer service and sales support.
- Provide tailored advice and solutions across pumping, pressure washers, and irrigation systems.
- Maintain stock presentation and support efficient inventory handling.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and team members.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture and overall branch success.

Skills and experience

- Full product and sales training will be provided, but to succeed in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service and building positive customer relationships.
- An energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.




- A friendly, adaptable, and skilled manner when working with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to stay organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the confidence to think on your feet.
- A genuine team-first attitude and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- A current driver’s licence is essential; a forklift licence will be viewed favourably.

Hours

- Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
- Saturday – 8:30am to 12pm on a rotating roster
