About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at our Islington, NSW location on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our creative process, designing compelling visual communications and signage concepts that bring our clients' brands to life. As Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with our production and account management teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet client briefs and exceed expectations. This is a strategic position that directly influences the quality and creativity of our output, making you essential to our continued success in the competitive signage and design industry.

Key responsibilities

- Create original and compelling graphic designs for signage, branding and visual communications projects
- Develop design concepts and visual mockups that align with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with clients, account managers and production teams to refine designs and ensure successful implementation
- Prepare artwork and files for production, ensuring technical specifications meet manufacturing requirements
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards
- Stay current with design trends, industry best practices and emerging creative technologies
- Incorporate client feedback and revisions into designs in a professional and timely manner




- Maintain organised design files and project documentation for easy retrieval and future reference
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions during team brainstorming sessions and project planning meetings

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a signage, branding or design agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design quality, creativity and range across various project types and mediums
- Solid understanding of colour theory, typography, composition and design principles
- Excellent knowledge of file formats, print specifications and production requirements for signage and promotional materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate client visions into practical design solutions
- Preferred: Knowledge of signage design specific considerations and production processes
- Preferred: Experience working with large-format design and outdoor advertising materials
