Senior Product Manager
Job Description
Senior Product Manager – Skylight is accountable for transforming customer and business problems into product outcomes within a dedicated squad, ensuring the successful delivery of products that create value for both customers and the business. Acting as the voice of Product and the customer, they own the product backlog and the outcomes it’s meant to drive. They work directly with customers to test possible solutions, and partner closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver Skylight’s roadmap. Embedded within one of the Skylight squads, they play a key role in bringing Domain’s vision to live by owning the problems worth solving, not just the requirements to build them. Skylight is Domain's foundational platform that connects property marketing and agent tools, empowering real estate agents with the insights and information they need to win more business. Working collaboratively within an agile environment, the Senior Product Manager partners with cross‑functional teams to drive product delivery, manage competing priorities, and ensure the squad remains focused on delivering high‑impact outcomes.
What you’ll do

Speak to real customers regularly and use what you learn to shape clear product outcomes, manage competing priorities, and work closely with stakeholders to define, refine, and deliver product enhancements. Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Leads, Designers, and Development teams to bring the product vision to life. Drive cross‑functional alignment, and use customer feedback, market insights, and data to guide decision‑making and ensure whatever we build stacks up commercially. Drive continuous improvement, optimise delivery outcomes, and ensure the product evolves to meet both customer expectations and business objectives.
- Ideally you’ll have Product Management (or relevant) experience: 3+ years with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact products/outcomes at scale.
- Research experience: Regular direct contact with customers to validate problems and test solutions.
- Tertiary qualification in business, technology or a related field.
- Preferred Experience building or scaling mobile app products.
